The house is next to one of the most beautiful Italian golf courses, lying on soft hills and enriched by two small lakes.
At about 2 Km far away there is the Conero Regional Park Visitors' Centre, where they offer help and information to people interested in visiting the area or watching animals and plants.
Mount Conero infact is the second place in Italy where you can watch birds of prey migrations.
The area surrounding the house is crossed by patches where you can walk, climbing, riding mountain bikes or horses.
Other possible sports, besides the watery ones, are tennis, bowls,
clay-pigeon shooting, fishing.
